The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Maison Dessert.
Payment
Payment in full is by bank transfer/pay ID and must be made at the time of ordering for your order to be initiated and confirmed.
Payment of your invoice confirms that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions.
AllergiesOur cookies contain gluten, dairy, eggs and may contain nuts. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform anyone they are sharing our cookies with about potential allergens. While we take care to list ingredients, Maison Dessert cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens. Our signature vanilla cookie recipe includes almond extract, so please let us know if this needs to be left out when you place your order.
Changes to orders
Any request for changes to orders must be communicated as early as possible and may not be able to be accommodated. Extra charges may be applied accordingly.
Design disclaimer
Our cookies are handmade to a high-quality, however, minor imperfections may occur due to the nature of hand piping and decorating. Slight variations in colour, design and size are expected and not considered defects.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are only permitted more than 10 days before the pick up date. The amount paid will be refunded minus a $20 cancellation fee and the cost of any specially ordered items (such as cookie cutters). Any cancellations made within 10 days before the pick up date are non-refundable.
Refund policyWe do not accommodate change of mind refunds. We will issue a refund if your order cannot be fulfilled or is cancelled by the business. In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged, please contact us as you may be eligible for a refund. Please note, any damage that occurs after collection from Maison Dessert is not the responsibility of the business and cannot be refunded.
Pickup/delivery
The agreed-upon collection or delivery date and time is final and cannot be changed unless prior approval has been granted by Maison Dessert. If you need to make changes, please get in touch as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to work with you and find a solution, subject to availability. Please also consider travel time when planning your collection — we are located in Ashby, 6065.
Shipping with Australia Post
Once your order leaves our hands and is with Australia Post, it's out of our control — so we can’t take responsibility for any delays, damages, or losses during transit. For extra peace of mind, we prefer Express Post and adding shipping insurance to your order.
