The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Maison Dessert.
Payment in full is by bank transfer/pay ID and must be made at the time of ordering for your order to be initiated and confirmed.
Payment of your invoice confirms that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions.
Changes to orders
Any request for changes to orders must be communicated as early as possible and may not be able to be accommodated. Extra charges may be applied accordingly.
Design disclaimer
Our cookies are handmade to a high-quality, however, minor imperfections may occur due to the nature of hand piping and decorating. Slight variations in colour, design and size are expected and not considered defects.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are only permitted more than 10 days before the pick up date. The amount paid will be refunded minus a $20 cancellation fee and the cost of any specially ordered items (such as cookie cutters). Any cancellations made within 10 days before the pick up date are non-refundable.
Pickup/delivery
The agreed-upon collection or delivery date and time is final and cannot be changed unless prior approval has been granted by Maison Dessert. If you need to make changes, please get in touch as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to work with you and find a solution, subject to availability. Please also consider travel time when planning your collection — we are located in Ashby, 6065.
Shipping with Australia Post
Once your order leaves our hands and is with Australia Post, it's out of our control — so we can’t take responsibility for any delays, damages, or losses during transit. For extra peace of mind, we prefer Express Post and adding shipping insurance to your order.
